Time to reveal my vintage Halloween living room gallery wall! It’s full of Halloween home decor from flea markets and thrift shops. I made a kitschy black and orange display with vinyl records, artwork and Halloween masks. I put out some festive Halloween pillows and a thrifted fall quilt. Let’s take a closer look!
The Gallery Wall
My gallery wall shelves are from IKEA and they’re the perfect size for holding vintage records, old boxes, Halloween die cuts and tiny blow mold jack-o-lanterns.
I found a vintage Halloween mask in the box this summer and I knew it would fit perfectly on my gallery wall. I already have a popeye mask in the box so now that makes two masks! Halloween masks are on my list of Rare & Valuable Vintage Halloween Items To Sell & Collect.
Vintage Halloween Ephemera Art
I created my own framed Halloween art out of vintage ephemera. I used paper pieces cut out of magazines, book pages, playing cards and orange tickets. I have a tutorial on how you can make your own vintage artwork.
DIY Halloween garland
I also used orange tickets and vintage 1960s Batman bat stickers to create a garland along the gallery wall shelves.

I bought the Happy Halloween banner on clearance a few years ago at Target. The 70s inspired striped rainbow pillows are also from Target but they were donated to a local thrift store which is where I found them.

The fall quilt and black cat pillow are thrifted.

Thrifted Halloween vinyl records
I found the two monster records at thrift stores. Halloween records can vary in price but if they aren’t a collectible one you can find them pretty cheaply! I paid less than $1 a piece for them. They’re on my list of Common Vintage Halloween Decorations to Thrift Shop For.
My pink IKEA pillows I have out all year round. I completely forgot that I bought mustard colored replacement pillow covers this summer to put over them. So I’ll have to switch those out now… haha! I love that IKEA has a ton of different colored covers so you can switch them out with the seasons.
