Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m so excited to start my blog! This has been a long time coming. Five years ago when I bought my first home, I remember my Aunt Pam saying to me, “You should start a blog!”. I thought about it a few times but never pursued it. I didn’t think anyone would find what I have to share interesting or worth reading. But I’m so happy to say that I was proved wrong! After consistently posting on Instagram for a little over a year I’ve met so many wonderful people that I can call my friends. You all care about my house, my products and mostly… me! After consistently posting on Instagram for a little over a year I’m ready to move onto my next challenge - a website.
Why am I starting a blog? When I post on Instagram I like to keep things short and sweet. But some things I share have a story and I wish I had a place to share it. Sometimes I want to talk about personal topics that make me a bit nervous to post on social media. A blog is a perfect place to branch out so you can get to know me better.
Will I still post on Instagram? Absolutely! I'll let you know through Instagram when a new blog post is up.
What can you expect from this website in the future? I'm planning on posting often about interior design, sewing and some of my latest secondhand finds. In the future, I'm hoping to create a shop where you can purchase my items directly (Instead of through Etsy and my Instagram shop).
